mag was formed in 2007 by adakan and gonvers, both graduates from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Architecture Department, 10 years working experience in various Swiss and German architecture offices.
Whenever deemed necessary, mag works in conjunction with complementary skills regarding the fields of architecture and culture. mag's aim is to seek the appropriate sense for each given context, whether it is to be restored or re-invented and to foster the conditions for a high-quality built environment, as well as to ensure and undertake its realization.
Sara Adakan
Born in Istanbul.
After graduating from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne, she returned to Istanbul and started working as an architect. She is the editorial director of MEAV Publishing since 2016, which came to life with the Send A Book project.
Daniel Gonvers
Born in Switzerland.
In 1996 he graduated from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Architecture Department. He moved to İstanbul in 2007 where he works as an architect.
